By using TicketForce , the user (referred to herein as "you") agree to the Purchase Policy and Terms of Use set forth herein. If you do not agree to the policies and terms set forth herein, do not continue to use TicketForce.

1. Our Goal
Our goal at TicketForce is to make your event ticket purchasing experience easy, efficient and equitable, so we can get you on your way to live events as quickly as possible. The following purchasing policies and terms of use are designed to ensure your satisfaction and understanding of the purchase process on TicketForce.

The policy set forth herein constitutes both our purchase policy and the terms of use of this TicketForce website.

2. Pricing and Availability
TicketForce is a ticketing service which sells tickets on behalf of promoters, bands, teams, artists and venues. TicketForce does not represent any of these promoters, bands, teams, artists or venues and consequently does not set ticket prices or determine seating locations. Tickets to an event may be sold through various sources, including other online ticketing agencies, charge by phone, ticket outlets and box offices. Not all distribution points necessarily access the same ticketing system and ticket inventory for popular events may sell out quickly. Occasionally, additional tickets may become available prior to an event, however TicketForce does not control this inventory or its availability for sale through TicketForce.

3. Service and Handling Fee
Tickets purchased on TicketForce are subject to a per ticket service charge and a per order handling charge.

4. On Sale Dates
From time to time, TicketForce may advertise upcoming events and the date on which tickets are expected to become available for purchase. These "on sale" dates are tentative and subject to change at any time by the promoter, band, team, artist or venue arranging ticketing for the event.

5. Forms of Payment
As a convenience to our users, TicketForce accepts MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover credit cards for payment of purchases made through TicketForce.

6. Number of Tickets Per Customer
When purchasing tickets on TicketForce , an individual purchaser or household may be limited to a specified number of tickets for each event. This limitation and the terms thereof are included on the event page and are verified with every transaction. This policy is in effect to discourage unfair ticket buying practices.

7. Delivery of Tickets and Will Call
If you chose to have your tickets delivered by United States Mail, please allow 7 to 10 days after placing your order to receive your tickets. If you do not receive your tickets within 48 hours of the event, please Contact Us. From time to time, users will input incorrect billing or credit card information for a ticket order. This incorrect information can delay or make impossible processing and delivery of tickets. In the event that TicketForce becomes aware of the fact that it has received incorrect information, TicketForce will attempt to contact the user by e-mail to resolve the discrepancy.
Tickets held at Will Call are usually available one hour prior to the doors opening for the event. You will need to present both picture identification for the purchaser of the tickets and the credit card to which the tickets were charged in order to receive the tickets purchased.

8. Refunds and Exchanges
Before completing any purchase of tickets through TicketForce , carefully review your event and seating selection. Pursuant to the policies and procedures established by our clients, and the agreements between TicketForce and those clients, TicketForce is prohibited from issuing exchanges or refunds after a ticket has been purchased; regardless of whether that ticket has been lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed.

9. Cancelled Events / Changes to an Event
From time to time, previously scheduled events may be cancelled or postponed by the promoter, team, band, artists or venue due to weather conditions, safety considerations or other issues making the scheduled event impossible or impracticable. When an event cancellation occurs, TicketForce makes every effort to ensure you receive a prompt refund of the ticket price. Handling fees will not be refunded. Events scheduled for outdoor venues are sold "rain or shine" and there will be no refunds issued for rain cancelled shows.

If the event was moved or rescheduled, the venue, promoter, team, band or artist may set refund limitations. Contact Us for exact instructions.
In any event, TicketForce will not be liable to user for any loss, cost, damage associated with any cancellation or postponement of a scheduled event. Event, date and time are subject to change and are not grounds for refunds or exchanges. TicketForce, when notified of such changes, will make every effort to notify ticket buyers via email.

10. Access and Interface with TicketForce
You agree that you will not utilize any robot, spider, other automatic device or manual process to disrupt the normal operations of TicketForce or to copy the web pages and content contained herein. You further agree that you will not copy, reproduce, alter, change or otherwise display any content (other than for your own personal use) from our website without the express prior written permission of TicketForce . Any illegal or other use of TicketForce , including but not limited to unauthorized ticket purchases, unauthorized linking to TicketForce , or the use of any robot, spider or other manipulative practice will be investigated and appropriate civil, criminal or equitable legal action sought. In addition to civil, criminal or equitable remedies, TicketForce may, in its sole discretion, cancel any and all ticket orders which it believes to have been placed in violation of the policies and terms herein or through otherwise fraudulent means.

11. Disclaimer
TicketForce does not and cannot guarantee that the website will be continuously available and without error. This website is offered to you "as-is," "as-available," and without warranty. TicketForce disclaims all warranties, expressed or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. TicketForce will not be liable to you for any damages suffered in connection with your use of this website. TicketForce further disclaims any and all liability for the acts, omissions, and conduct of any other users of this website, the promoters, bands, teams, artists and venues with whom TicketForce contracts and advertisers or sponsors of this website.

12. Limitation on Liability
Except in jurisdictions where limitations on liability are restricted or prohibited, TicketForce will not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, incidental, special or punitive damages, even if TicketForce has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

13. Jurisdiction
In the event of any dispute between you and TicketForce , your use of this website indicates your consent to jurisdiction in the City of Gilbert, County of Maricopa, and the State of Arizona and that adjudication of any and all disputes will be governed by the laws of the State of Arizona without regard to conflict of laws provisions.

TicketForce , and accompanying designs and software, are the exclusive property of TicketForce, an Arizona Limited Liability Corporation. TicketForce and accompanying designs associated with that name are the registered trademarks of TicketForce, LLC.
